Terms of Service — Live Talks

Effective Date: November 2026 | Entity: Live Talks Platform / Biswas Enterprises

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading, installing, or accessing Live Talks (User App or Host App), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this agreement.

2. Wallet Recharge & Strict Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Policy: All in-app coin purchases, wallet recharges, and virtual gift transactions made on Live Talks are final and non-refundable. Once coins are credited to your in-app account or spent during audio/video consultations, no chargeback or cash refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Community Guidelines & Anti-Abuse Rules (Zero Tolerance)

Live Talks strictly enforces safety protocols. The following conduct will result in an immediate, permanent device and account ban without compensation:

Broadcasting nudity, sexual content, or suggestive acts on live camera.
Harassment, stalking, abusive language, or threatening hosts/callers.
Attempting screen recordings, screenshots, or unauthorized sharing of host identities.
Soliciting personal phone numbers or off-platform money transactions.

4. Host Remittance & Payout Policy

Approved female hosts earn credits based on validated call minutes and virtual gifts. Earnings are settled to verified Indian bank accounts or UPI IDs following standard daily or weekly cycles.
