Live Talks ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Live Talks mobile applications and website. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our services.
Explicit Declaration: The Camera and Microphone permissions are requested solely to enable real-time, interactive 1-on-1 audio and video calling between users and verified hosts via secure WebRTC protocols. We do not record, intercept, store, or monitor any live audio or video calls on our servers. Once the call session ends, no media streams remain stored.
Live Talks is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has registered or accessed the app, their profile and associated data will be immediately purged.
Users and hosts reserve the complete right to request the deletion of their profile, personal data, and transaction logs at any time. To request account deletion:
We work with trusted third-party providers including Google Play Services, Firebase, and RBI-regulated PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways for processing wallet coin recharges. We do not store sensitive payment card information, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.
We never share, sell, or rent your private contact number or real name with any caller or host on the platform. All calls connect through an anonymized proxy server.
